Thin Film Technology @ ISCST in Atlanta, USA

08.09. – 11.09.2024, Atlanta, USA

The TFT Group contributed to the International Society of Coating Science and Technology (ISCST) in Atlanta, USA, with a keynote lecture, several talks and posters on the recent advances regarding coating and drying of battery electrodes and electrodes for electrolyzers.

It was a pleasure to participate in this year's 22nd International Society of Coating Science and Technology (ISCST) conference in Atlanta. The ISCST community provides an outstanding platform for fostering international research collaboration and knowledge exchange. This year, the TFT group was represented by Prof. Wilhelm Schabel, Dr.-Ing. Philip Scharfer, Alexander Hoffmann, Philipp Quarz, David Burger, Lukas Lödige and Julian Borho.

Looking back on a week of fruitful discussions, we would like to thank the ISCST organizing committee for this wonderful conference – we are already looking forward to the next ISCST in 2026!

The International Society of Coating Science and Technology (ISCST) was established in December 1996 by a group of international academic and industrial engineers who recognized the need for a dedicated society to serve the global coating technical community. More information can be found here.
